Resident Evil 5 RE5 PC Wont Run

Hey guys, I recently installed the game onto my PC and it wont run. I get no messages of any kind. I'm currently running a Dell system, Intel Dual Core 2.4ghz cpu, 3gigs RAM, ATI Radeon HD 2400 256mb Video Card, Directx 9.0c, and Windows Vista. Can anyone tell me as to why it installed but wont run?

probably because your specs arent high enough, right now im too tired to check out your specs or even begin to search my brain for what there like, so thats all i will say

Is your ATI Pro? it wont support regular HD 2400`s.

I believe Resident Evil 5 supports DirectX 10.

no it will support direct x 9

Yes my ATI is the Pro version. According to requirements on the box this should run on my system.

have you fiddled with any of the files... if so reinstall it. if not try reinstalling it in a different folder.
