Revelations 1 Raid mode Issues

Hi, I just cleared the game in Normal Difficulty, and everybody says that after that, Raid Mode and Hell Difficulty are supposed to be unlocked, but they werent. How do I unlock them? Is there a problem with my game?

I'm not sure about Hell Difficulty but you should've been unlocking Raid Mode stages as you went through the story.
