Resident Evil 7 Question about a house

Something has been bothering me since I finished Resident Evil 7. Im talking about a house you never enter (correct me if Im wrong). It's the first door you find when you're in the woods at daylight.

This one:

The door being locked. You enter Baker's residence by the same route that the camera crew took.

Where the hell is this place?

That's the Baker Estate. You first go there when you get captured by Jack after the Mia Fight. The building Ethan first goes to is the Guest House.

I remember Jack taking Ethan there.

The thing is: you never access that area again. Only in the cutscene of Jack.

The only entrance to Baker's house you acess in the gameplay is the one where Zoe's trailer is parked.

The entrance you see beyond the gate is the same entrance with Zoe's trailer.

But why it looks so diferent? The picture I posted looks so diferent when you compare to the entrance where Zoe's trailer is located.

When you get to the trailer area where Zoe's trailer is located, you don't see the door I posted.

Pretty sure Zoe's trailer was in the backyard of the Baker Estate.

What you say makes sense. When you reach the area where Zoe's trailer is located, the door (picture I posted) is not visible.
