It doesn't do this on the Chris campaign, I don't know about Jake's campaign.

013 Well-Known Member May 24, 2009 748 278 9,014 Jan 4, 2013 #2 I looked up your problem and apparently it's not uncommon. Here is a video on how to fix it. I hope it helps. All of the sources I have come across so far says to delete, not the save file, but the utility.
