Resident Evil 6 Please Help

On the Leon campaign at the end after using the rocket launcher it stops the game and says:

Cannot load data, please exit game and delete Resident Evil 6 data.

It doesn't do this on the Chris campaign, I don't know about Jake's campaign.

I looked up your problem and apparently it's not uncommon. Here is a video on how to fix it. I hope it helps.

All of the sources I have come across so far says to delete, not the save file, but the utility.
