Mmm I'd not call it advertising. More like.. "I like parkour I go to this place if you wonna check it out" but Rathit is right you do have to ask before posting links to other forums. I dunno why though It's obvious this place is the best xD

Anyway I kinda like parkour... Don't really do it much because I'm 23 this year and It just look's silly someone like me running around. People think the cops are after me at the speed I run lol. But free style is awesome. At my dojo I learnt how to do a break fall backwards and forwards from a Jujitsu brown belt lol.

Anyway. Parkour owns, It's a awesome way to keep fit as well. District 13 Is a good parkour film, Also the first scene in James Bond Casino Royal, There are quite a few films nowadays that have the odd decent parkour scene in it :p

Send anyone from the Admin team a message, I think you can look them up . . not really sure =/

I love Parkour. I couldn't do any of it to save my life lol, but I'm interested in the limits one can push their body to. I think the people who do it are amazing.

Anyone can do it. It takes lots of practice and athletic ability.

I'm definitely not an athelete, but I've recently gotten into running. I have some musculoskeletal issues with I have to keep an eye on, so I need to take extra care in getting to that level of athleticism. But it is a goal of mine. :3
