Yep, you already paid for it, but Capcom wants you to pay for it again.

Honestly couldn't care less. The game has so much content from the get go, and it already being on disc but locked doesn't bother me in the slightest, ill enjoy it when Capcom, who might I add can do whatever they want since it's their product, decide they want to release it. Don't like it? No ones forcing you to buy it.
