There is not a shred of official evidence that a "Nemesis Edition" is even in the works, it is purely rumors and speculation at this point (I don't like using the term 'hoax').

This comes with the usual caveat of course that if the internet keeps bringing the topic up, and Capcom takes notice, the odds may increase that they may consider it. So I guess the best strategy here would be to keep circulating the rumor until it becomes obvious that they are or aren't working on it.

It was most definitely a hoax, sadly. Classic RE3 is the way to go for the full game. New RE3 is less of a remake, and more of a reimagining, I feel.
