You get Barry & Rebecca from buying the dlc packs. You get The Jill & Chris and the Jill & Josh from beating them. And you get Warrior & Fairy Tale and Heavy Metal & Business Chris and Sheva figurines by getting an S-rank or higher with either of the two characters in the figure.
