Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999) New ability: Mixing gunpowder

What did you guys think of this new ability? Jill had her choice from 3 different gunpowders: A, B, and C. Each powder had to be combined with the "Reloading Tool". Gunpowder A' made basic handgun ammo, gunpowder B' made shotgun ammo, and gunpowder C' made ammo for the grenade launcher. It was basically like combining herbs for different effects, but with more variety. You can mix up to 8 times and then have a choice to make upgraded ammo. You can also make specific ammo for the grenade launcher like acid rounds, napalm rounds, and nitrogen rounds. I really thought it was a cool idea but the only thing that was kinda disappointing was that there was TOO much ammo lol. But I did like how you can mix and match for some interesting combinations. So what did you guys think of this technique?

Freeze rounds was a mixture of C + C ...I think lol

C = Grenade

A + C = Napalm

B + C = Acid

C + C = Nitrogen

C + C + C = Magnum rounds

Man I forgot how great nemesis was, playing for the first time back then it was nice and refreshing to have that ability brought into resident evil.

I found the gunpowder mixing ability extremely useful in hard mode because i wanted to kill nemesis everytime and get his cool drops!

There is also a little trick for the grenade launcher i read in a guide:
6 normal rounds + gunpowder A = 6 flame rounds
6 normal rounds + gunpowder B = 6 acid rounds
6 normal rounds + gunpowder C = 6 freeze rounds
6 normal rounds + gunpowder AA = 12 flame rounds(!)
6 normal rounds + gunpowder BB = 12 acid rounds(!)
6 normal rounds + gunpowder CC = 12 freeze rounds(!)
6 normal rounds + gunpowder AAA = 18 flame rounds(!!)
6 normal rounds + gunpowder BBB = 18 acid rounds(!!)
6 normal rounds + gunpowder CCC = 18 freeze rounds(!!)

NOTE: The mixing tool is not required for the mixtures above

Personally i wouldn't waste gunpowder CCC(plus the 6 normal rounds) for just 18 freeze rounds. I would go for the 24 cool magnum rounds and keep the 6 normal rounds instead. :p
