my origin of the merchant. minor spoilers

This is just a story i made up about were the merchant came from. He was a scientist working for saddler working with Luis. There was a freak accident, and the merchant was infected with Las Plagas. Oddly, he didn't have any of the normal side affects, such as a radical change in behavior. The two realized that what they were doing was wrong so they tried to escape. The Merchant faked his death so he wasn't being followed anymore. He stayed hidden, stealing all the weapons off the island. When he was younger, he was a merchant so this change wasn't to hard. Sadly, he was killed on the explosion of the Island.

I don't like it bro. I always like to believe the merchant was a dragon and that he eventually got infected and the last time you see him he is really the merchants evil twin brother Alfonzo.
