It's my 21st in September and I have NO idea what to do. Want it to be epic, and Resident Evil themed. PLEASE HELP ME COME UP WITH IDEAS!!

Depends how much you're willing to spend. Could do a RE fancy dress house-party/clubbing. Or you could go all out and hire a venue, decorate it like Raccoon City.

You def need an Umbrella cake though.
