Resident Evil 6 Multiplayer US-EU Compatibility

I couldn't find anything on this topic yet, does anyone know if the US version is compatible with the EU version?
There have been games where this hasn't been possible, so I just want to be sure that this works, as I plan on getting the US version and would like to play with players having the EU version.
Would be nice if someone knew the answer, thanks!

I'm pretty sure it will work. Part 5 worked fine and the demo for 6 works. I made a EU account to get te demo early and it works fine with US demo.
