Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum but I've been a member on the REFAN forum since 2002. I came here because for some reason I can't get on REFANs forum anymore. It's been a long time since I was on there (months) and I thought I'd get back on and see whats new but when I try to reactivate my cookies.. I get no email in my box. strange. Sucks because I've been on there soo long and I was hoping I could enjoy my fav forum once again, does anyone have this problem or even know if REFAN is still running?? Now I know the website is shutdown and only the forums shows up but... like I said.. I can't get on. Anyway, this place seems really cool.. is anyone here from REFAN?
 
Welcome To REN Mr. Burton. Pleased To Meet You :) I Can't Say That I Know Very Much About REFAN But This Is A Pretty Laid Back Forum And We Are A Pretty Cool Bunch If I Must Say So Myself. One Of The Other Members Might Know More About REFAN And Again Glad To Meet You And Have Fun.
 
Thnx LordGoldez, I've been a Resident Evil fan for a looong time and I was just itching to get back on a forum. I don't post topics alot really.. once in awhile, but I enjoy reading other posts, commenting and staying up to date on whats new in the RE world. I have however played through REzero on GC just the other day and just started another run yesterday... I love that game.
 
I finally was able to get on REfan, thank goodness. I missed that place. I am still gonna stick around here too though.
 
Welcome to REN darlin'. I was at REfan briefly...but it was quite a few years back. I've never really been involved in a forum until this one. I think you'll like it here lol.
 
Hi Burton! I have visited a few RE sites but not other RE forums. Not as I remember anyway. This lovely forum is all I need when it comes to RE, and the member group here is a very very nice bunch! And unlike most forums I've seen, we have a large female percentage, it's about 50/50 boys and girls I believe. It gives a nice balance to the "environment". :)

The ppl here are really nice and I'm really liking it here. Good to have a warm welcome when you come into a new place.:)

Of course we are welcoming! Btw, welcome! I guess it was somewhat implied that I welcomed you, but now I've said it so it's no doubt. :D

:D I mean.. I've been to some brutal forums and if you're a noob look out, lol. Thats why mostly in recent years I've drifted away from forums. I still go to REFAN (now that I figured out how to get back on, lol) and now here. Back in the day I was a member on like 5 at a time or so game and band forums (maybe not much to some of yall but to me it was). But yeah, some ppl can be really evil but I noticed that most of the RE forums have mostly nice ppl. Funny that we love to blast off zombie heads with a shotgun but we can be real nice ppl... hmm
