Max Payne 3

I know this is a Resident Evil Forum but I was wondering if anyone is thinking about buying Max Payne 3 for ps3 when it comes out on May18th I have met great people from this forum and was wondering if anyone has seen this footage so that maybe I have another game to play online while waiting for Res 6

I'm definatly getting it. I am a fan of Max Payne and Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne. However I may or may not be getting the PS3 version, I'll get the PS3 version if there's something more to it like exclusive DLC or if the Xbox 360 version is on 2 discs.

Personally I cant wait for it, I've been wanting a max payne 3 for years, even settling for rip off max paynes' Dead to Rights, and Stranglehold. it's looking to be Awesome!

I never really liked Max Payne. It's too tough, and I really hate saying that. I beat Mass Effect 2 on Insanity and I found Max Payne 2 hard.

Used to play the 1st Max Payne a lot when it came out. Loved diving in slo-mo and getting some headshots in xD

Might give this a go when it comes out.

I'm really really really really skeptical.
I heard it doesn't have any mental breakdown scenes. Those were the best! F*cking Rockstar.

I'll rent it as soon as I hear Blockbuster gets a copy back. Until then, I'll be enjoying some cool MP2 mods.

NEVERMIND. THIS GAME IS F*CKING AWESOME

Oh my god, nearly everything about this game is amazing, except for the lack of Sam Lake's little psychological touches and some really dumb moments ("YOUR TURNING HUMANS INTO GLUE.")
Also, Dan Houser, shut the **** up about class struggle. It's okay to be a cynical asshole (Max always was one) but he overdid the moaning and groaning about the rich and poor.

Also, holy ****, you can't get the "Hard" trophy just by going into Chapter select and playing each level on Hard? I played 99% of the game on Hard (AND free-aim. I played the PS3 version so there was no mouse involved. Imagine the hell THAT was) except for this little part at the end which I spent an hour trying to get passed. I really felt bummed out when I found that out.
Guess I'll just get all the collectables on Medium or something and retry Hard later...
