Well, it's unknown what would happen in those cases.
As the T-virus and the progenitor virus are very similar, maybe prog. brought some strenght and resistance to the lickers. The G and Uroboros viruses are far too unstable to have good results. Probable the lickers would suffer unstoppable mutation and finally becoming a big flesh blob, or become uroboros monsters...

Hmmmmm. With urobouros, it would most likely turn into the tentacly monster...but maybe it would turn black like spider man in...web of shadows?
