Yes, in outbreak files Kevin commented leon's file somethign like "...tickets with my buddy Leon"

Leon and me go way back. I've been playing his game since Christmas 2005 with my brother on PS2, but love didn't truly blossom until I bought a GameCube bundled with RE4 from Value Village one fateful summer in 2012.
