I Don't know how to command a partner in Resident Evil Outbreak 2 to help me push heavy objects that I can't push all by myself? What to press...I pressed every button on Joystick and nothing works?

Try to put right analog stick in left, it's "HELP" command. If it won't help, here's all the commands, you can try:

Right Analog Left - "Help"
Right Analog Right - "Thanks"
Right Analog Up - "Go"
Right Analog Down - "Come On"
L2 + Left Analog Right - Call NPC 1
L2 + Up Analog Right - Call NPC 2
L2 + Right Analog Right - Call NPC 3
L2 + Down Analog Right - "Yes"
L2 + Press down Analog - "No"

And, by the way, Mark is strong enough to push all objects by himself

I know I chose Cindy together with Mark and Alyssa and none of them would help me! I was like... What if it was possible to kill your own Partners, They'd be already lying on the floor if it was possible

I guess you should try to play as Mark as a main character, not NPC. And they lying on the floor maybe because they have high level of infection.
