How to unlock Infinite Rocket Launcher in RE1 pc (1996)?

Hello everybody,

I was just wondering how to unlock the Infinite Rocket Launcher in Resident Evil 1 for pc. I've read that you have to complete the game under 3 hours which I did. I completed the game in 2 hours and 28 minutes. And I'm also supposed to see flying rockets after the credits screen? I didn't see them. Also, is it true that there's no difficulty settings in Resident Evil 1 pc version? And does that have anything to do with the ability to unlock the Infinite Rocket Launcher? I read that you need to finish the game on normal mode but there is no difficulty selection on pc. I thought the Infinite Rocket Launcher would be in my inventory after I loaded the cleared game file. Can someone help me?

there is no difficulty selection on pc

Have you checked the item boxes in the save rooms?

Could be in there if it isn't already in your inventory.
