Operation Raccoon City how is this game as far as realism?

So I wanted to know how you guys think this game is as far as realism. Me personally I think that
Its cool in casual that in the head its a one shot kill.
you get to move and shoot.
You get to go in to cover.
And other stuff like that.

Only thing not neccesarily real is the undead and you can take some hits

-the spec ops take too many hits!!! they take more than the undead, thats a little too much! i wish the cover system was defined like gears or mass effect.
