I heard someone commenting on YouTube saying that the PS3 would get all DLC modes for free when they are released. Is this real?

PC will have all of the modes included upon release.
So technically the PC players only get it free

Yeah, indeed, what Shinigami says is true. The title updates will be included already for the PC version but the DLC will still cost the PC players as well. The DLCs will be released shortly after the launch of the game on March 22nd.
