Well Alice is the main character of RE film 1, so she can't be one, and Trinity doesn't put Neo at a worse off position after they get together in The Matrix, so she's not either.
I haven't seen the other two films, so can't comment on those.
I'd say Ada in RE2 is closest to a femme fatale although again, Leon isn't much worse off after he meets her.
