it's not that hard, way i did it is to just join other peoples games (or make your own.) and break all barrels, grab all the cash and treasure's
i'm sure that there are ways to cheat in getting cash but that sucks and it's boring. i don't use those cheats
I upgraded all possible weapons
got 1.000 of each type of granade launcher ammo
got round 1.500 first aid's
and still I've almost got 14 mill witch i cannot spend.
