Its not really a crimson head. Its a weird hybrid zombie. kind of like a licker. It mutates that membrane over itself, and leaps at you. So... its like the J'avo form for zombies.
Crimson heads are confirmed to be in the game. Files were found in the demo coding.
I didn't think that thing was a crimson head though.
