"type D" using two sticks to move - one to go forward/backward an side to side - the other to turn -
With type B you only have to use one stick to move, an the other stick moves the camera angle.. Plus you can also change what side stick you use to aim.. so what thumb is better to use for aiming :P

type a&b is like the old RE4 controlsjust using one stick to move but it feels weird now!! haha Ive gotten so use to the new side step thing it's feels strange not being able to do it.

What do you lot reakon about type B? does it make it more easy being able to walk in any direction or do you think side stepping
It does say Type A is based on RE4 control type but I cant use the X butten to fire my gun it feels weird, it's all about the usin' the shoulder triggers.

So whats better, walking or being able to strafe?

I cant use the walking setting... I have to be able to strafe feels so weird not being able to side step around corners.... it's a different way of playing altogether lol.
But when it's set to walk it does feel more like a horror game, coz you never use to be able to side step in the old games haha modern shooter games allow you to side step, which probaly makes RE5 seem abit more like a action game..sorta

when you try it out you'll know what I mean haha the way you side step out the way when people are around you, it feels weird only being able to walk haha.

You cant click the stick in to run though when its set to type a or b, which sucks haha that stick always helps me make a quick get away when im surrounded haha

on xbox type A makes you press X to shoot, just feels weird.. but the triggers on a ps3 controller are kinda weird haha I'd have to try it out but I wouldnt mind pushin' X or Sqaure.. whatever it is lol

Well it should have atleast been Square to run and X to pick up instead of the opposite it is now; I had to get used to that with the demo (PS3 obviously). And you don't really use the bottom L and R triggers that much. I still prefer my strafing so control style D is my favorite.

Yeah I use Type D as well hah! I dont think I can use the walking thing as more.. I need to be able to side step haha to many times did I walk into peoples attacks in RE4 heh, I still walk into some attack in RE5 lol sucks..

but yeah Type D all the way haha...
