Resident Evil 6 Ark Thompson in RE6?

On the IGN character Article for RE6, it lists Ark Thompson as being a speculative Character

I would personaly like to see him make a return to the series (along with Barry, Rebecca, Billy, etc) as he not been given a fare chance by the fans.
