Production Weekly is reporting that Paul W.S. Anderson is returning to the director’s chair for Resident Evil: Afterlife. Anderson directed the first installment and stayed on board as a writer and producer for the two sequels. He wrote the fourth film as well. Sony’s Screen Gems has set a September 17, 2010 release date for the fourth film that will again star Milla Jovovich at Cinespace Film Studios in Toronto.

I'll watch it, but like the SAW series it's because I want to know the story (unlike RE though, I liked the first SAW film lol).

The RE films are a good laugh with mates, a rant with RE fans.
