I loved it. I thought the cast was great especially Henry. HE IS SUPERMAN, that's what I thought when I saw him. It had the emotional push that I love in movies and it was one of those movies that was introverted and made you think The soundtrack was spectacular and the ending was emotional.

Glad you liked it. I hate all the flak it's been getting just for not being the Reeve films. Sure, it's not perfect and it ain't no Dark Knight, even that movie had its problems, but it does capture Superman really well. He's still developing and really isn't THE Superman yet. He's an alien. Besides... the Reeve films are pretty overrated.

I agree. I watched Reeve's Superman after I saw Man of Steel as a refresher to compare and while I liked the old Superman a lot when I was younger it really has not aged well. I feel Man Of Steel was leagues better.

Same here. I used to watch those movies when I was young, but today, they're really outdated. Camp don't fly these days and those special effects are laughable by today's standards. Though, I'm not sure how I feel about Batman vs Superman. Seems really questionable right now... especially with the whole Eisenburg Luthor thing.

Yeah I've been very concerned with how they cast this movie. First Affleck then Gadot, and apparently a punk and tatted Lex? I don't know what to think of it.

I have no problem with Affleck. Initially, I thought he was an odd choice but at the same time, I was okay with it. Especially since I wasn't happy with any of the actors being considered. Wonder Woman already feels like too much for a movie focusing on Batman and Superman. Now it just feels like DC is playing catch up with Marvel.

As for Gal Gadot, I don't know what to think. She's definitely attractive, but she doesn't really have the body of Wonder Woman nor the commanding face. Maybe it's all in her facial expression, which is something that could be pulled off, but I'm not sure how bulking up will fare for her.

Also, I wouldn't believe those rumors about Lex just yet, but my main concern is Jesse Eisenberg... really? He looks young, he's extremely skinny, and doesn't look tough at all.

Lucy Lawless in her day would've been the perfect Diana. Beautiful yet intimidating. I was also really pulling and hoping Bryan Cranston would get the role for Luthor

Haha, I agree. I never really understood the appeal for Bryan Cranston as Luthor. Sure, he was bald in a popular TV Show, but he doesn't look like Lex Luthor and the guy is really old. When I think of Lex, I think of someone in peak physical condition in their late 30s early 40s.

In Breaking Bad he was greatly intimidating with his intelligence which is Lex Luthor. I think he would've been perfect, especially near the end of the series, he was a man to be reckoned with.

He also played a goofy dad who was a little insane. It's called acting. Jesse Eisenberg has played similar roles and that doesn't make him fitting.

Have you seen the latest Godzilla trailer?... Jizztastic.

When he fully embraced the Heisenberg part of him I felt would've been perfect for Luthor.

And yeah the trailer was AMAZING

I don't know, I could never see it. He just doesn't look like Luthor to me. Besides, I think in a role like this, they'd want someone a little younger... I expect him to stick around for a few movies.
