CT: Zelda already makes me want the Switch, but if Nintendo makes their Gen 8 Pokemon games on the Switch, I will buy one the second its announced.

For now though, I'll be waiting a while before getting the Switch and Zelda

I'm 70% leaning on getting one for BotW, MK8, and the 2 Sonic games, Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces.

Yes, the new 3D Sonic Game from Sonic Team actually does look pretty good IMO. Good to know because there hasn't been a good one since Generations.

Yea Generations was great and I really liked Unleashed too, well the daytime levels anyway

I'm glad that Mania and Forces aren't Nintendo exclusives.

CT: It really saddens me to say this as I enjoyed the first game so much, but I really can't get into Watch Dogs 2. I can't even pinpoint why, it's just really not appealing to me...

Lost World is so underrated. The only thing Generations has over that is nostalgia, but in terms of just making Sonic work in 3D, Lost World has done it best. I'm personally getting tired of the roller-coaster level design that has to switch to side-scrolling view in order for platforming to work.

I don't understand why they just casually dropped Sonic Adventure after SA2 (easily the best 3D Sonic game IMO) TBH. All these other 3D Sonic games have been very hit-or-miss, mostly miss. Just another case of devs fixing what ain't broke until it actually is, though Generations did kinda take the over-the-shoulder platforming from SA which made it so popular. Forces seems to be reusing it as well judging by the trailer.

Call me crazy, but I miss THAT modern/3D Sonic.

I don't think they just casually dropped that formula with SA2. They may have not used the Adventure name anymore but it was still there with Heroes and '06. As many fond memories as I have with the Adventure games, after having played them recently, I think the Sonic community highly overrates them. The Sonic/Shadow stages were good, though the gameplay could still use some polish, but ultimately proved that Sonic does work in 3D. The rest of those games however... yeah, they really hold the product down, not to mention the games themselves haven't exactly aged too well either. If they're gonna have multiple playable characters, at least do it like they did in the past and stop with the whole mech shooting and emerald hunting thing.

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it looks like we could soon be painfully-enduring another case of Hollywood pandering: the sequel to the 2017 Power Rangers film could feature a female Green Ranger.



How long before the feminists/SJWs start calling all the dissenters of this needless change (because that's what it is, I'm sorry) to a beloved character "sexist" or "misogynistic" (gee, where have I heard that before?) in droves?

And for the record, I wouldn't be okay with them gender-flipping Ellen Ripley in a hypothetical reboot of Alien, either, which sadly isn't outside the realm of possibility, see: Splash.

That franchise was doomed from the beginning. Thing looked awful since they revealed it. But I hate when they ruin characters but because it's a race or gender change, people cry "racist" or "sexist" if you have a problem with it, even though fans of color and female fans are saying the same thing. This whole overly sensitive PC crowd of late is sickening. They say all they can to appear open-minded and progressive yet would be the first one to b*tch if Spider-Man was dressed in purple instead of red or if Batman was a dog instead of human. Suddenly, they're not so color-blind and open-minded anymore.

I got the deluxe edition of Revelations 2 in a PSN sale with every DLC for $10, and this game is kickass. Easily better than Revelations 1 by miles. I haven't even beaten episode 2 because I'm so addicted to Raid Mode.
