Does the opening boxes, this is autosave, checking add ons, connecting to network, then it goes to a black loading screen, reel gets the loading line almost done and just stays there, no opening video, no game, no satisfaction. Update the oblivious update, so not cool.

I have this issue too, but mine is related to the dlc download. This patch didn't really change anything for me

Yeh im alsohaving this problem. Anyone got any solutions for this or just wait for a patch?

i actually fixed it now.
what eventually worked for me and i have no idea why
im going to assume you have downloaded the dlc as this is what caused me issue
make sure the game is closed.
go to library, go to re7
get to the add ons bit and where all of them say installed there will be a little arrow to the left of them. Press the arrow on each and it will start to redownload the dlcs (this is odd since they shouldnt need to download if theyre already installed)
after they each downloaded and installed again my game started working again, and i could play the dlc too.
