I would rather live in a hell hole with some sort of a law than a paradise in which people run around doing what they please.

CT: Why, oh why do I never learn my lesson with those disimprovements they call "updates"? It used to be so easy: I would just connect my mobile to the computer, a browser window popped up, and I could create folders, add or delete files, move them around, etc., no problem at all. But since the update, I'm forced to use some $hitty software instead. $hitty because I can still look at my pictures, but not organise them (I have to do that on the mobile itself, a time-consuming pain in the a$$), my music files don't even show up, which means I can't add any new music, and everything has become a lot more complicated. And what for? The only good thing this has brought me is a really cool animated black hole background (after it deleted all the other backgrounds I had), but that's hardly worth having to listen to the same old music all over again on my next 4-hour train ride just because I can't add anything new thanks to that stupid update! If only I could undo it...

The FBI is investigating Brad Pitt over reports of child abuse? Uh, shouldn't Child Services do that? The FBI kind of has other things to do, things that can't be passed over to another service that's meant to help.

Isn't it because the alleged abuse happened during an international flight from France? It's very possible that this would then fall under federal jurisdiction, making the FBI responsible for investigating. I don't know for sure, that's just my best guess.

Speaking of FBI.... When in a store a couple of days ago, I read the front page on a reputable newspaper. It was about how many of the terrorists that have previously been "very well known" to the FBI, and the story suggested that it could look like the FBI planted evidence.
I don't know what to think, but nothing surprises me anymore. I didn't buy the paper, nor did I bother to search for it online. *Shrugs*

Perhaps something looked suspicious, but something can be suspicious without being wrong. I don't believe for a second that the government, FBI, or any other government agency took part in a terrorist attack.
But can FBI fabricate evidence? Yes they can. Would they do it? With an organization as big as the FBI, I believe that someone in that organization may be tempted to do it, and perhaps enough tempted to actually do it. But I don't know.
