    Resident Evil: Requiem

My point was that believing a character will be in the game doesn’t need to have any relation to Dusk’s assertions.

    Resident Evil: Requiem

“Seems” being the operative word. Allow me - https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/involved I call attention to 1.a., “having a part in something”. In this case, the characters of the series who were in Raccoon City had a part in the incident, specifically that of victims, and of...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

It’s a situation, and if you are present during it, you are involved in that situation. You may not be involved in the planning or the setup; you may in fact get caught up in it, to use your term, but you are still involved in the incident itself, even as a bystander, simply by being a bystander...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

I think you’re confusing “involved with” and “responsible for.” Umbrella, the Birkins, and the US Military (and by extension, the Family), were both responsible for and involved in the Raccoon City Incident. The playable characters of the series like Leon and Co. were caught up in and involved...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

Well, I would assume that it means any character we see in games 2, 3, Outbreak, File 2, either Chronicles, either remake, Operation, and quite possibly that weird animated movie that was made way back when, is eligible to appear in some way, shape, form, manner, degree, context, or capacity.

    Resident Evil: Requiem

And why do you assume that? Firstly, I’ve never even seen anything this guy has said other than what people talk about on here. Secondly, it is virtually a certainty that a (still living) character from the series is going to appear in Requiem - because that’s just what this series does - and...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

How is Umbrella involved. Either version. That’s all I want to know.

Who does Leon belong with ?

Going with Claire, because of the history, much like with Chris and Jill, although I’d also accept Leon with Ashley. Leon with Ada is kind of like Batman and Catwoman: something that’s fun to think about when there’s little teases, but not something that should be seriously pursued.

    Resident Evil: Requiem

I wouldn't say its the "best," necessarily, but until Village came out with the Baby sequence, the REmake at least was definitely the scariest. Even after playing it for years I'd still jump out of my skin whenever a zombie or Hunter would slam open a door that I didn't know they could open and...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

Interesting, considering that 2 was a step up in action while the original was pure horror. You’d think he’d equate it to the original game.

    Resident Evil: Requiem

Because you referred to the two games on either side of it, so it had to be acknowledged, because if the two that flank it swapped, what happens to Village? It’s tied to them.

    Resident Evil: Requiem

I don’t see how any of this makes sense. How does this feel like the actual Resident Evil 7? How does the actual Resident Evil 7 feel like a “Beta test”? And how do either of those statements incorporate the existence of Village?

    Resident Evil: Requiem

This leads me to ask: exactly what is a "main" playable character? In RE 7 and Village, outside of DLC, there are only two playable characters; Ethan for both, and Mia for 7, Chris for Village. You are only Mia and Chris for limited periods of time at one specific point in each game, near the...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

You certainly can, if someone would just make the effort to try. It really is that simple: make each game a sequential chapter of an ongoing story, don’t give different installments to different people to work on where everyone has their own conflicting ideas. Most solutions in life, I have...
