The Church of Resident Evil (trademark) VS The cult of Dusk Golem Bring it on MF's!

    Resident Evil: Requiem

I think 90% of Dusk Golem homeboys started out with RE4 so they would be more thrilled with stupid action boy Leon than actual horror protagonist Grace. They may SAY they want more horror but some of us know better!

List of confirmed Dusk Golem operatives on the forum: 1)Taurine02 2)Trash Panda 3) Barry They are now laughably easy to spot! I even see some of them conspiring on each other's profiles invisibly. How much is he paying y'all?

Resident Evil 7 8 and 9 coming to Switch 2 in 2026 any news on price

Copied from my AI of choice: Resident Evil Requiem (RE9): The standard edition is expected to be priced at $60 USD on the Nintendo Switch 2, which is $10 less than the $70 price point on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. In the EU, the price is reported as €69.99 on Switch 2, compared to...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

They've never had to be savvy enough for this. You can thank journalists for this fiasco, they've turned a normal development/marketing process into PR nightmare for them. Looks like Capcom may have to hire experts who know how to handle this kind of thing in the future.

    Resident Evil: Requiem

Anyone hear about Bethesda Softworks? We are talking about Grade A American sociopathic lying and fueling false expectations about their games starting with Oblivion on 2006. Capcom may be a little uptight on some things like user content and high standards for streaming, but they've never...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

Whoa whoa why is BullRider02 bringing me into this argument? I work with someone who has a contract with Capcom and he never even mentioned Leon and keeps telling me he can't say anything. xD All he says is that Resident Evil team is not big enough or experienced enough for open world games...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

I'm getting Silence of the Lambs meets Parasite Eve vibes here and that is a damn good thing in my book. I CAN imagine Leon making an appearance say later in the game if Grace gets in trouble and Leon embarks on a rescue mission to save her and they both take down the final boss (who looks like...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

I played it on PS2 and thought it was amazing. The improved graphics and dense atmosphere of the game was a great leap forward. Too bad they botched the release or else it could kept the momentum of the series going from the broader perspective. ;)

And I regret repeating it. Best stick to tomatoes from now on.

    Resident Evil: Requiem

While I disagree with your implication that CV was widely received as a mainline game in when it was released (it was not, as RE3 sold much more copies than CV due to the latter being released on an alien platform), that was kind of a strange post from T. A fan of somebody is somebody who...

    Resident Evil: Requiem

Oh I agree, definitely, but that's how it was back then. And bear in mind this was at a time when the Internet and social media were in it's infancy and therefore "mass New Age enlightenment" was virtually non existent so CV, 0, and REmake sold poorly due to tactfully bad marketing decisions by...
