Spencer was mentioned in "Trevor's Notes" that were supposed to be in RE1, and the N64 version of RE2 mentions that Spencer founded Umbrella.

I wonder if the game takes place in the home of the biological family of Albert or Alex Wesker. One of the photos shows an Umbrella helicopter watching the mansion the game takes place in.

We know that Umbrella was formed in the late 1960s, which was a crazy time in history. I wonder if America's failure in Vietnam, the riots, the assasinations, etc. played a role in Spencer's belief that the world is rotten and needs to be fixed.

I wonder what Spencer was doing during RE1. Was he already stuck in a wheelchair or was he still meeting with shairholders?

Albert and Alex were raised to share Spencer's beliefs and Alexia was genetically engineered to share the beliefs of Edward Ashford, who was one of Spencer's partners.

Good theory. I wouldn't be surprised if Landsdale is a member of The Family. I also like the irony of Spencer starting everything in order to bring order to the world but his legacy ended up being one of chaos.

It's possible that Spencer planned on eventually ovethrowing Simmons. Spencer might of told Simmons that things like Project W and the Tyrant project were for the good of America.

Also have Spencer personally send HUNK to kill Birkin instead of a faceless Umbrella.

We know that Umbrella started creating B.O.W.s in the 60s. We also know that Wesker and Birkin have been partners since the late 70s. Maybe a game where Wesker and Birkin are the playable characters and the goal is to retrieve a virus from somewhere? Perhaps we could even meet Wesker's "parents"...

Throw in the full Zombie -> Crimson Head -> Licker sequence or perhaps even introduce Crimson Lickers. Throw in hints of Wesker's survival (maybe Birkin and Wong being guided by a mysterious figure?)

Spencer is the big bad of the Resident Evil series. It seems that RE5 decided to be intentionally anticlimactic for the sake of irony. I wonder if Spencer was part of "The Family." I also wonder if all 13 Wesker children have Spencer's DNA.

RE5 works as an ending. Umbrella, Spencer, Wesker, origin of the viruses were all dealt with.

Oswell Spencer would return. He's the one behind everything in the Resident Evil universe, so he should be the final boss of the series. Maybe reveal that he's an alien trying to convert humanity.

Is it possible that it will take place in between Code Veronica and 4? The fall of Umbrella occurs during this time.
