This is epic news! Finally. I played the RE Zero for the gamecube many times. I don't understand why so many people dislike the game. I think it was really fun and played similar to the awesome RE1 Remake.
I have no idea why those two comic characters were in the game. They were not funny and I just wanted to hurry and rush through their chapters so I can play as Chris or Jill. What was Capcom thinking?
Yeah I thought the same thing. I wished the game focused only on Leon. It branched out to much and tried to cater to every type of gamer. But Leon was the best campaign. The rest were just fluff and fillers.
Well it's a good thing that Revelations 2 was successful. Not just financially but as a game it was actually really good. I think a remastered edition of RE Zero and remakes of RE2 and RE3 would be nice.
My ideal Resident Evil 7 would be somewhere between RE Revelation2 with an open exploration maps with lots of NPC and alternating plots based on how you play the game. The main character should be a more mature and experienced Rebecca Chambers with new gameplay abilities and new characters.
New...
Unfortunately, both games really didn't interest me. I was actually bored with revelations and re6 was just ridiculous. It was just too much action and very little focus on puzzles, investigation and alternate paths. After RE6, I had very little hope for RE and turned my attention to the evil...
I have to say to go and buy RE REV2. I was on the same boat. I had ZERO intentions to buy the game but I then bought it out of a whim. And I have to say that this game is one of the best RE I've ever played.
The first RE that I've played was RE2 so that game will always be the one that started it all for me. It was a very different type of game when I first played it because I had to manage my resources and survive doing it. That game really taught me to be conservative with ammunition and resources...
I honestly prefer the remake for it's enhanced visuals, extra content and better voice acting. Although the voice acting in the original is definitely worth seeing or playing over for laughs.
