I got the japanese version for PS2, but you're not missing out on anything if you haven't played it. Nothing new story or levelwise. It's basically just an extended Version of battle mode. It was fun to play with a lightgun, but you can do without that game, trust me.

I agree with you, Frag Maniac, Remake Ashley is a lot easier on the nerves than the original. I am currently playing RE4 Remake for the first time and the fact that Ashley doesn't scream "Leon, help!" all the time and can finally climb down ladders on her own is a big plus. I'm a decent shot...
