Yeah I love the theme of this particular trailer and yes, Ada looks beautiful. It seems they've added more makeup to her eyes and lips, looks much better. Her lips in her previous gameplay look too pale and anaemic. Though her lips should be darker as they were in RE4, loved her makeup in that!

I'd love for them to kill Chris, as much as I love him, it would be fitting for this game and his story arc. One last heroic sacrifice. Though I don't think Capcom has the conviction to off him, though it'd be a brave and fitting move. The game will lack any severity, given the circumstances and the emphasis on 'No Hope Left' - game would be redundant to up the stakes so much but still have the entire main cast intact.

Well, as great as it would be, I'm pretty sure that the atmosphere of this "sad" trailer will not be present to the same degree in the game itself. Tomb Raider Underworld had a launch trailer with sad music too, but the game was not at all that sad, not even in the end when Lara did what she had to do. I think it's just for the sake of advertisement.

Unlikely. For the Same reason you said. Leon and Ada are both in damnation and both will be used in the crappy live action movie. Its so the common consumer can relate to the damnation movie and buy it. But most of the new generation started with re4 and Leon. His popularity has made him the Wolverine of the Resident evil universe. By that i mean he is a cash cow and makes Capcom tons of money. So killing him would be counterproductive. No one of the main cast will die, but if they would kill someone it would be Chris. He has a much more emotional connecting to the other main characters. Which would be a good way to get Claire and Jill to team up and bring old characters back such as Barry or Rebecca. It would pull on more heart strings and make Piers step up. If Leon died only Claire, Chris, Ada, Helena, and Sherry would really care. (Since we don't know if he ever met Jill)

Something bothers me. The part in the video "we turned to hope" (it shows Ada) "but she had fled." I don't know why but I feel... like something bad may happen to her... and if something does... I'll be so ****ed.

Hmm... Now I'm almost certain Ada's not going to survive this game, be this clever editing or not. I had a hunch she might not make it (and have thankfully avoided any spoilers concerning the matter), and this trailer further cements my initial theory of her riding a plane into something to prevent a catastrophe, redeeming herself and her shady dealings in the process.

... which is exactly why I don't think he will die. I mean, Chris dying without any of the people close to him around to mourn? That would be stupid. (Although it would be so cute if he died in Piers's arms with Piers stroking his head, crying.
But I see I'm getting carried away by my bromance fantasies again...)I also think that no one will die - not Chris, not Leon, not Jake, and none of their partners. And if anyone does, Capcom will find a way to revive them somehow. They're just too much in love with their characters to kill them off permanently. Even Parker survived Revelations, and how unnecessary was that? Everyone who has played more than just two games of RE knows we'll never see him again.
