Just got my first 'A' Ranking. It was on Leon's B Scenario. My time was 3 hours and 10 minutes with 2 saves.

I've gotten quite a few A rankings with both characters. Not sure how many saves or first aid sprays were used, but my time was somewhere between 1 hour and 40 to 55 minutes.

I don't think A ranking this game is too difficult with a bit of practice. Anyway I was speedrunning Claire A for a while a few months back and got a decent score of:
