more health still easy to kill (stuns)

Less easy to kill than if there were less health. You lose a lot of time respawning and finding your way back to the players. Of course, it's a pain regardless if you're in a low difficulty or infinite ammo game, but if you're playing on a harder difficulty then the important part is surviving long enough... your hits already do plenty of damage.
