spencer is the owner of spencer mansion in RE1, the one that start umbrella...
Nicholai... yes, you can see his death in RE3 but in the other ending, he alive and even make it to report Raccoon City incident to umbrella..

I think it's possible that Spencer could be in RE5, and if not, possibly in RE6 if there is one. In fact, I think it would be one of the coolest things to finally get to see the man who started all of the crap that you have to clean up through all of the games.
