my re6 stops in loading page at certain cutscenes it doesnt become not responding any one have a soloution.it started when i was playing chris mission when we first encouter the javo

i noticed though when the loading screen comes there is 3 dots near please wait writing but when this happens theres only one dot is this related or something.i downloaded the patch still didnt work
