Well, I was planning on making a "favorite games of the generations" thread but never got around to it, but this will do. Seeing as there are a ton of great games that span across many consoles and several generations, I will stick to the following format, as there are way too many factors to think over when ranking video games. this is a list of my favorites, not necessarily what i feel are the greatest of all time. expect bias and nostalgia to play a role. also, i'm making a special rule for RE titles, since i don't think it's fair for them to take up 5 of 15 spots

yo what was the gameplay like in SAC??

Well it depends on which SAC game, I should've mentioned which one it was. The PS2 version was a 3rd person shooter with some platforming in it and also allowed you to hack into enemies and take control of them. The PSP version, which I have yet to play (But I want to play it), from what I've been hearing is a first person shooter with 4 playable characters (Motoko, Batou, Togusa, and Saito) and each have different stats, and you'll be accompanied by an AI partner which is a tachikoma and you could customize it.

Well, personally I enjoyed them quite a lot, and it uses the type of co-op that if RE must have, they should have used: although there are at least 3 characters in each scenario, they don't follow you around like useless AIs, they have their own opinions and take their own paths, only in the end of the scenario you can finish together, or they can die, whatever happens you can finish the game and the other characters be dead. Too bad it didn't have online play here in Portugal.

As a Resident Evil fan, I recommend it, even though this game isn't some people's cup of tea.

watched some playthroughs on youtube, not exactly what i was expecting but it looks like something i'd enjoy nonetheless, and i can't complain when it comes to adding solid titles to my RE collection :3
