Resident Evil - Code: Veronica Did RECV take place in 99 or 98?

All I know is it took lace three months after RE2.... So I'm not sure if its 98 or 99?

Yeah thats wrong.... I just watched weskers report again. He says that they got to the end of the game on 10.1 1998. three months later equals Febuary first.

Three months later is January 1st, also it might not mean exactly three months later
