Resident Evil 6 Best settings ?

Hi i just installed the game and been wondering what is the best graphic settings for my computer here is my specs. I played it with default settings its kinda slow and delay but no so slow somewhat slow i what it to be smooth any suggestion

intel(r) core(tm)2 duo cpu e8400 @ 3.00ghz 3.00ghz
RAM 3GB
ati radeon sapphire hd 5450 1gb ddr3
window 7 (64-bit)

Just set everything to lowest except the resolution and if it is working fine then up textures, if it works well even with that on high then you can up the shadows and screen quality. Keep Vsync and AA off.

If it's framey, then you can try downscaling from 1080 to 720 resolution.
