Hallorrr thurr, I am Wade but preferred to be called Wadeo (Wade-Oh, not Wadey-Oh).

Just joined. I've played near enough every RE game apart from Resident Evil 4, however I have sat through and watched my friend play it. :)

Just wanted to introduce myself so I'm not known as an ignorant newbie.

Peace.

- Wade out.

You're not from Iceland by any chance? Your "hello" sounded a bit Icelandic.

I wonder what that sounds like. :) Any well known (or even better: famous) brits from Norfolk?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJl5Vd_FK-M << a big LOL about where I live

http://www.paulinedodd.com/skipper.wav << a fairly strong Norfolk accent

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norfolk_dialect << about Norfolk accents

As for famous people:

- James Blunt (don't know if I want to boast about him :S), singer
- Boudica, the historical figure
- Martin Brundle, ex-Formula 1 driver and now BBC Formula 1 commentator
- Jake Humphrey, another Formula 1 commmentator
- Myleene Klass, former singer and now on Pantene ads
- Hannah Spearritt, actress in Primeval and ex-singer
- Ed Graham, drummer in the rock band The Darkness
- Tim Westwood, DJ and BBC Radio 1 presenter
- Princess Diana
- Rupert Everett, actor
- Stephen Fry, presenter, writer, and actor
- Sienna Guillory, actress, also known by the name JILL VALENTINE IN THE MOVIES :D

Even though I've lived here for 10 years I don't really have an accent, but like I said earlier I pick it up in conversation with a broad-Norfolk speaker sometimes

Funny video. :p I thought that Norfolk was much farther north, but it's not far from London.
It must be alot of misunderstandings even between Norfolkers when beer and bear, deer and dear sounds the same? I would have a hard time conversating there.

Princess Diana was from there? She didn't talk like that?
I know Boudica, she's a heroine.

Another British accent difficult to understand comes to mind, cokcney. That's somewhere around London I belive.
Hey, even the word filter protested, I had to spell it differently. Cokcney accent must be bad! Just kidding. :p
