Early in the game and just seconds after Mia takes your hand away from you, while she's possessed with the chainsaw she seems to scream "Must contain outbreak, must burn it all down" or something to this effect, it's curious because I was playing with subtitles and these words weren't there as subtitles, sneaky sneaky.
This poses the question, who is actually saying this? The possessor or the 'possesee'?
I have completed the game but thought this was a point worth noting considering Mia's apparent amnesia to the whole situation.
