What are you thinking? (Part 2)

I agree with you whole heartedly.. the fact that he would go on these hikes and venture out alone underpacked and with no known exact location, is really stupid. Though he always had his gun, you never know what could have happened like you say he could have been attacked by a mountain lion from behind or something and like you said the fact that there were no traces of his clothing or gear or even his pistol, is what disturbs me the most because his phone was the only thing that was located.

So with that, we are led to believe that he has come across a possible drug operation or he saw something in this cave the government didn't want him to see. I don't blame you I give myself the creeps with these stories too but hey it's cool to have someone here who also finds these stories interesting, if you know anymore stories that you think I'd find interesting could you inbox me them?
Of course! And same for you if you hear of one!

I started following that guy's YouTube channel because he talks about a lot of weird stories.

If you don't mind me asking, what languages are Sindarin or Quenya(never heard of them)? Also I'm curious what you're background is Romero?
Yes they are Elvish languages developed by Tolkien. We don't learn them at school in Norway, I wish I grew up in Middle-Earth. :'(
Sindarin is the modern form of Quenya we hear most often in LOTR.

Classes have been canceled and my work is closed today and tomorrow because of this hurricane. Here's hoping people stay safe and nothing gets completely destroyed. The power better not go out for too long either!
I was thinking of you when I heard about this hurricane, take care and stay safe!

OMG TWO MORE WEEKS
Two more weeks and then what - doomsday?

Ugh... I utterly hate third person games sometimes, especially when you have to shoot, cause the character's head and shoulder obscure the visual, sometimes the entire half of the screen. FFS. Just implement an optional first person mode for combat at this point. -.-"

Hi guys.
I'm left with a decision which is a little hard to make, so our group at university is splitted into two groups (A and B) .
The lectures for each group are tought by different professors.
The professors in group A are not so hard on the students so my life will be easier.
But the professors in group B are more serious and generaly more proffesional.
While the choice seems obvious (group B), all my friends have already chosen to join group A.
The question is this:
Should I stick to my friends, join group A and study under a less professional professor or should I join group B in which I don't have many familiar faces?

As someone who has faced the exact same situation a while ago, twice actually, I can only advise you to do what you think is best for you, and in this case, that seems to be group B. If you make this decision based on what your friends do, you might be happy at first, but regret it later. I chose the opposite option both times and ended up happy in the long run. And hey, just because you and your friends won't be in the same group, doesn't mean you can't see each other anymore, and it's also an opportunity to make new acquaintances. Who knows, maybe there's someone nice in group B? Don't forget that your current friends were also strangers to you before you got to know them.

@Hel thanks for the advise, realy apreciate it. I feel much more confident to go for group B now, I guess I just needed to hear it from someone else ;)

Also, if you're studying the same thing and you're struggling with the material, you can still ask those friends for help outside class. And chances are high that they might seek you out for help if they have the less professional teacher. So you'll still see a lot of them even if they're not in your class. :)
