It's a 4.5 as a Resident Evil game outside of Leon's story in terms of game play and over the top action. The story still feels like RE. A lot of things click with the previous stories like Sherry's back story. As an action game, it's an 8.

I think there's too much QTE and over the top action, but that's me. Either than that, I agree with everything you said. We all have different opinions, and different tastes. We'll agree to disagree. :)

It has its flaws, but I don't see how it's a 4.5 bad. That's just ridiculous. According to Gamespot, it's just as bad as ORC. Unbelievable. A lot of the complaints I have yet to have problems with.

Another thing I like is that the AI isn't Sheva bad. It's not great, but they can handle themselves. If I turn around for 5 seconds in RE5, Sheva gets killed.

No. She's on that list with Carlos, Billy, and so on as a the 1 game character. However, those characters deserve another appearance. I hope we never see Sheva again.

Yah Leon's story has been really cool. The atmosphere has been great. The criticism of this game has been more on Chris and Jack's story though.

I'm really intrigued to see what an old school RE game looks like on a next gen system. We haven't seen a legit main story survival horror RE game since RE0.
