I've played it on PS3 & 4 but never as a handheld.
I recently beat it on PS4 in Infernal mode after a single playthrough with my alternate profile "UncleGrandpa2112" and it was a lot of fun. The airstrip is a mother on infernal mode, it was for me anyway. I agree about the glitchiness though...
I'd say it could have been longer, more scenarios. I don't mind missing the clocktower, I remember it as a pita but I also remember being surprised and a little relieved it was the end lol. I tried to avoid walkthroughs and still do nowadays unless I'm really stuck on what to do or a puzzle is...
I liked Nemesis morphing into a four legged monster, it looked pretty cool to me. I liked the Umbrella facility too. I'll only give my 'pros' since that's what you asked for lol.
to repeat what i said elsewhere:
The thing I don't like about RE2 remake is all the backtracking. Just starting out on it I want to explore everywhere and collect everything because I'm not using a walkthrough guide and don't know what I'll need. I forgot how tired I was of all the backtracking...
I don't know those two games ^ but the gameplay vids look pretty cool, might check into them as time permits :)
I'm on RE2 remake lately. The thing I don't like about RE2 remake is all the backtracking. Just starting out on it I want to explore everywhere and collect everything because I'm not...
I started on 2 & 3 so I don't have any sentimental attachment to 1 as being my intro to the series, so I'll go with 3 over both of the others though the 2 disc version of 2 seemed longer. My reasoning for preferring 3 is as stated above the characters mobility like dodging and iirc you could...
That's a great write up above ^ and I couldn't describe the storyline/character arc(s) that well in a million years.
So the action stuff, the interactive monster movie aspect where creepy things are trying to kill me:
It's a great game and I think Moira & Natalia are critical to the action in...
I realize this is an old old thread, but no love for The Suffering? Not really 'zombies' but survival horror for sure and with very creepy atmospherics
It was on PS2 and they completely ruined the sequel imo though I played it quite a bit too - my disc of the first one is scratched (or...
I didn't have any serious trouble with Sheva except I do remember her healing me a number of times when I wanted to save the spray - as somebody else said, Chris is worse than Sheva as a non-playing character, he stands there like a doofus or stands in your way which in that game, blocks your...
I don't remember everything either but I do remember trying to avoid Nemesis at first if I could because I simply didn't have the right combination of accuracy and ammo to spare and he would then proceed to trash me. Eventually I just had to have those Eagle parts though, and the M37 parts and...
I never finished PS1 RE1, hated it, it felt clunky and awkward having played backwards from 2 & 3 which also feel clunky and awkward now that I'm spoiled on the games from RE4 and forward. I always give 2, 3 and CVX good ratings but honestly upon reading this thread and thinking of all the...
my guess is one of the programmers at Capcom who knew they put it in there (probably for themselves) leaked it eventually to one or two ppl and it took a while for the info to spread, like the 50-button-push-Rebecca-photo mentioned
I went for Jill because she was my mainstay playing Revelations 1 Raid Mode for so long, I love the way she looks in that game (PS3 original) and her ways, though now I play as Jessica more with her one-legged scuba outfit because the combo of her lvl 3 assault rifle skill & lvl 3 sniper rifle...
I got a few friend requests while playing raid mode and I can't see where/how to accept them. I have sent a few myself and I guess they were accepted because the ppl are in my friends list but I got a few new requests and am lost trying to accept them. I can't find the users on RE.NET either.
