To me also yes, because it has the most amount of content - 4 scenarios. Imagine if Resident Evil 3 had 4 scenarios... Increasing difficulty makes enemies much tougher, which is a MUCH better and MUCH more interesting option that the VERY boring damage increase like they do in the remake games...

There is an option to start the game with reduced amount of enemies (which was meant to lower CPU usage in 1998). -CHECKED- 2021.04.17 APPARENTLY, this only reduces the zombie count until you get to the police station. After that every room has the same amoutn of zombies...

I did it! Loaded a game so many times till i triggered the scene. I can confirm that in order to trigger it, the Tyrrant must not be close, must not be in the west wing of RPD. Only if you don't hear him walking near, will he smash the wall.
